All INLITE products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure our quality standards have been met. INLITE only accepts undamaged / un-used merchandise for return within 30 days of purchase. Any item not in perfect re-sellable condition or shows signs of wear will not be approved. All merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, bag tags etc. to be considered. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin processing your request. In your email, please include your order number, date of purchase, name, number, address and brief explanation for request. All returns are subject to approval of INLITE and any unauthorized returns / exchanges will not be accepted. INLITE will not accept any damaged merchandise due to shippers negligence. Consumer agrees to arrange shipping and cover costs associated with returning product to INLITE BAGS. Once your return has been approved, please include the following and send to:
1. A copy of your original and dated invoice.
2. All original InLite packaging, bag tags, etc.
